Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AbuD Discount Card services operated by AbuD Discount ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.

1. Definitions

"Card" refers to the AbuD Discount Card issued to members.

"Member" refers to individuals who have registered for and been issued with an AbuD Discount Card.

"Partners" refers to businesses and establishments that have agreed to provide discounts or special offers to AbuD Discount Card Members.

"Services" refers to the benefits and facilities offered to Members through the AbuD Discount program.

2. Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for membership, you must:

• Be a resident of Abu Dhabi with a valid Emirates ID
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete the application process and provide accurate personal information
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions

3. Card Issuance and Validity

Upon successful application, you will receive:

• A digital card within 48 hours via email
• A physical card within 7 working days delivered to your registered address

The card is valid for one year from the date of issuance, after which renewal is required.

4. Card Usage

• The card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered Member
• Members must present their card along with a valid ID to avail discounts at Partner establishments
• Digital cards may be presented via smartphone or other electronic devices
• Partners reserve the right to verify the identity of the cardholder

5. Discounts and Benefits

• Discounts are provided at the sole discretion of our Partners
• Benefits may vary and are subject to change without prior notice
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated
• Partners may impose additional terms and conditions on their offers
• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific discount or benefit throughout the membership period

6. Membership Fees and Payments

• Membership fees are non-refundable once the card has been issued
• Payment must be made in full at the time of application
• Renewal fees may differ from the original membership fee

7. Card Loss or Theft

In case of loss or theft of your physical card:

• Report immediately by contacting our customer service
• A replacement card will be issued for a nominal fee
• You remain responsible for any unauthorized use until the loss is reported

8. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to terminate membership without refund if:

• False information is provided during registration
• The card is used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms
• The Member engages in behavior that damages our reputation or relationships with Partners

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services
• Any dispute between Members and Partners regarding the quality of goods or services provided
• Any unauthorized use of the card
• Any changes to Partner discounts or benefits

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our cards, website, and promotional materials are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
